CORRECTION

The article "Safe Snake Handling" on page 4 of Issue #10 of Meeting Point, dealt with, in part, the subject of loaded versus empty compressed gas cars.

The article alluded to a conversation with an officer of the BC Ministry of Municipal Affairs and his interpretation of the BC Rail GOI. I have been informed by this individual that the position taken by him on behalf of the Ministry (that loaded and empty compressed gas cars should be considered the same for the purposes of switching) is incorrect.
